"I recently moved back in to this community about 5 months ago. The Manager Brittany made the process so easy to move-in. The previous management company was friendly and this is why I choose to come back and make this my home. But I must say that the new management has hit it off the park. The community looks great! with the new paint job and the new asphalt! The pool area also looks great! .... what a change. I highly recommend this place. I feel that if you follow the rules and pay your rent on time there will be no room to be un happy. Thank you Management for making this my home again."

"Years ago I moved twice, 2004 and 2007. I was blessed to lease at this nice property. Irma D. was very polite and professional. It was a quiet place, except for an army lady who made noise upstairs. The apartment looked like new, clean, and smelled nice. The maintenance crew were prompted to repair the water heather and the lock of the door. I would definitely lease again."

"ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND DRAMA and lease from anywhere else. Consider extended stay or do some couch surfing until a vacancy opens elsewhere but don't get fooled into leasing at Dieter Pines. Military family with a disabled adult son and this place violated housing laws. They NEVER repaired a serious electrical issue or the rusted out dishwasher. They never assisted when he accidentally locked himself out (twice) so I had to pay for a locksmith when they were just a few feet away with a key despite a contract that said they would assist. They even tried to evict him even though there was never a single lease violation (this was their bright idea after my son had a medical emergency). Case was immediately dismissed of course but it took time out of my workday. Now consider how the staff would conduct themselves --complete lack of professionalism and job knowledge and that made for a year long nightmare. I literally got into a shouting match with those idiots because they agreed to get a new key made for us then turned around and said I had never requested one so it would take an additional TWO WEEKS to get one made. Your initial call will be a decent or almost good experience, but you will immediately regret leasing here if you do. In hindsight, I would have paid an additional $100-$400 a month just to live stress free and be treated fairly and respectfully."

"Great place, very professional and friendly staff, maintenance always keeps the area and pool looking nice, reserved covered $ parking is a plus in the summer, you get alot of bang for your buck, they have specials every month for new tenants, military discount and clause, spectrum basic cable and water included in the rent, washer/dryer hook ups in unit, you can rent a set from the them or purchase your own, nice size closets, huge master bed and bath, A/C will keep you chill in the summer, ceiling fan in L/R, patio or balcony available with most units."
