"My son lives here and it seems to be a pretty decent place to live. Its always quiet and there doesn't seem to be any drama or commotion.Which is very comforting for a mother."

"I do not recommend. The apartments it’s self are beautiful and homey but the manager ashely was the worst she made it impossible to live there comfortably. She finds any little thing to charge you . I moved out about 5 months ago and she found a way to charge me $600 .mind you I followed the apartments move out check list . It’s ridiculous on what she was charging me for it made no sense . And I’m not the only one she does this too I have multiple friends who live there and they tell me the same thing."

"My car was towed today when I went to visit my sister, for few minutes because I didn’t have a sticker to park under the shaded ceiling. Unfortunately since I don’t communicate a lot with my sister about the parking privileges I was unaware about it. I tried talking about with the managers in charge they said that is not there fault, but rather it is the residents responsibility to warn their friends and family that are visiting not to park under shaded ceilings. They also insisted that they have warning signs all around the area warning people not to park under the shaded areas, however those signs are found only in the entrance stating only people who are tenant can park in the parking lot NOTHING specific about being towed for parking under a shaded tent. Unfortunately it doesn’t end there but I don’t recommend this complex, where residents are responsible to remind their loved ones where not to park. It’s not their responsibility. There should be specific signs in front of the shaded tent saying a sticker is required, indicating towing will be inforced."

"I have lived here at the Villas for a year now and I must say it has been a pleasure living here. Very spacious apartments, and what is even better the refrigerated air, especially during these hot summer months. The manager is a very kind lady. She is attentive to our needs, and is always available through phone or by email. The maintenance is helpful as well. He is very nice and does a great job when fixing things or simply replacing an air filter. The community is very quiet, everyone pretty much keeps to themselves. Like I stated before, its been a pleasure living here, and hope to continue to rent the apartment for the next couple of years."

"These apartments have been milking struggling families during this pandemic. Changing policies and enforcing them without any leniency towards it’s residents that have already been hit hard by covids financial crisis. I am a current resident, single mom of two toddlers and today my vehicle was getting towed because I didn’t have a sticker to park under the car port. I did forget about the notice we received a month ago that was post dated to July 1 that demanded a sticker for vehicles to be parked under the car port. Although as soon as I received the notice I went to the office to submit my form, I was told i would have to have the vehicle’s registration under my name. Due to the pandemic my car was repossessed last year so now I’m driving my mothers vehicle so it is not under my name. I do not have the money to change it to my name, get the sticker then change it back once I buy my own car again. I was fined 80 dollars for parking under the car port without a sticker. The vehicle doesn’t have a/c and I also do not have the money to fix it. I park under the port for the safety of my toddlers as it is the best I can do at the moment. I am at wits end with the struggles this pandemic has brought upon my family as I’m sure it has for others. And this property has been handling it all so poorly. I am also posting this issue on to this platform as it is the only way I found to hopefully get in contact with the supervisors or property managers since they have also limited the way the residents can communicate with somebody in charge."
