"I wasn't sure about writing a review about my time living here for a year. The previous managers and the other office workers were downright dishonest to everyone about everything. They lied about getting things done for the residents. Horrible people. I am forever grateful for Yan, the new manager who was hired to make Cliffside great like I heard it once was before many years ago. Thank you. I am forever grateful for Ricardo and Carlos for busting their butts off everyday. They are the only maintenance workers in the whole property and they did their best with what they had. Thank you. This place might have been kind of sucky about water, heating, and AC issues, but it will always be special for my fiancé and I. It was our first apartment and we were able to adopt two dogs."

"Do not be fooled by the photos online! Although management is very nice, I almost feel like I was being trolled. The apartment units I saw were awful. Not in the sense of spaciousness or orientation. The first unit had a large sliding glass door in the master bedroom, which presents a huge safety risk for anyone. There were scorch marks on the patio from a fire that occurred downstairs. The second unit had ROACHES the size of MONSTERS. The outside stairs to other units were absolutely falling apart. The prices were supposedly recently lowered, yet we found multiple apartments in the area that weren't dilapidated, Cockroach infested landfills. Don't move here. Don't even bother checking it out. There is nothing of worth here, and it's a waste of time checking it out. Frankly, this place would be better off being demolished."

"Just moved in about a month ago, and absolutely love the place. I heard horror stories of the old management but I can say the new team, especially Yan are amazing. The entire move in process was smooth and easy, and it’s obvious the new team cares about getting the apartments updated and maintained. They are extremely professional and helpful, the new maintenance they are working with are prompt and excellent as well. Work orders have a quick turn around. I’ve had a maintenance man come check the very next morning to see what the issue is at the very least. Whatever issues they had before, Yan and the team are definitely turning things around. I would definitely recommend this place for a friend. You would be hard pressed to find another apartment that is as nice and spacious for this good of a rate."

"Really bad service, clearly don't want money. Would give zero stars if I was able to. I spent almost two weeks emailing and calling literally BEGGING to sign a lease, all the while getting emails about "leasing available for all floor plans! Sign today!". Leasing office never ONCE called me back, even after calling them half a dozen times. I even called to ask that I be called back asap. When that failed I called to complain and my "situation was elevated to management". Still no calls back. I guess I have to find some place else to live. Although, judging by how they treated me before I signed a lease, it looks like a dodged a bullet. Literally zero customer service experience. 0/10, would never contact again."
