"I have had such a great experience at these apts, have lived here almost a year. Luckily they saw to it that everything was clean, redone, and in good working order when I moved in. Just had 2 small things that needed tweaking, and they took care of it in all of five minutes. The walls are well insulated, I don’t hear much noise at all from any of my neighbors. The staff is wonderful and attentive, the property is kept very clean. Much better than all the other apartments I checked out in this price range. The management even has special gifts for us around holidays such as Halloween candy for the kids or contests where you can win something now and then. They even had a dinner for us on New Year’s! It was so nice. Thank you! One of the best perks is that the cable and Wi-Fi are included and they are high-speed! It’s also great not to have to worry about utility bills. Look no further than the Medridians!"
