Pearl Apartments

"No central air/heat. Place is dingy, creaks, and has plenty of wear. Electric meter was reading my neighbors usage. Their maintenance team barely knows what they're doing. Best of all. They're jacking up the rent. Don't live here if you have literally any other option."

"I have been living here for years. I honestly enjoy living here. Have never had issues with the management, neighbors or anything for the matter. Of course, typical things such as a roach every now and again, only during the hot months. Honestly that's the only thing I can come up with, even then we hardly have any bugs."

"If I could rate it without any stars i would,!! I lived there for about a year, the first 6 months into living there where great, until I started getting little roaches, mind you, they keep up with "fumigating" every month, so It didn't make sense to see any since they never lacked there part, and Im not a dirty person i kept my unit clean from the inside as well as the outside. So the last 6 months of living there where hell! It ended up being 2 roaches a day to killing 6 to 10 every day, especially at night!! I would go to the office to let them know but they just kept giving me the run around. It even got to the point where the Roaches would be in the fridge, yes I said it in the fridge!!! As far a maintenance wise, they do their job. It never took them long to get anything done. when I would put work orders in, a day or two later they where there to fix whatever problem I had. I never had a problem with the maintenance guys.. But one thing I will say is those apartments are invested with roaches!! Don't waste your time or your money.."

"I've been loving at Pearl apartments for almost a year now. And I love it. They say there is bugs but I haven't seen a single one. The apartments are clean and well maintained. The management are great people and the maintaince people are great and are great at what they do. My lease is coming up soon and of course I'm renewing its a great place to live and its safe. Thank you pearl apartments for make it a great place to live."

"Worst place I’ve ever moved to. If you don’t want to live in a roach and mice infested place this is not for you. And not to mention some of the neighbors don’t care about quiet hours after 10. So if you are a family moving don’t bother moving here. The management doesn’t care for you needs. All they’ll tell you is that they can’t do anything and that it is “ a business “ and that’s all they will see you as. Won’t recommend ever nor will I stay another year. Horrible place for a family."
