"Will be complaint to the Better Business Bureau!!!!! We’ve been having the worst experience with these ladies up in the front since my son moved in!!! And if no one is willing to help, I’ll do it myself! No one will be getting extra payments & try to pull a quick one cause I will take them to court!"

"This apartment complex is literally the worst. They find any excuse to charge you for unnecessary things. When you move out make sure your carpet is PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED! They will try to charge you for a new carpet replacement when it is NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR. The ladies in the front are the ABSOLUTE WORSE TO DEAL WITH and very UNPROFESSIONAL. Save your money and go somewhere else. These apartments are not worth the headache the ladies in the office will give you."

"Work for a moving company we just relocated a youg couple into this apartments (Mr. Torres). We got there about 9ish as soon as we got to the apartment the maintenance guy told us that we need to hurry up because they are gonna pressure wash the stairs. I told him it was gonna take us several hours to finish the job. He didn't like that so he started cursing at me trying to instigate a fight (much older guy). I told him if he had an issue to talk to the gentlemen renting the apartment, if he can work something out with him like a reschedule I'm ok with it. He said "I don't care about him I'm just here to do my job, he'll be replaced in one year" then he gave me an ultimatum he said he was going to lunch and when he got back we better not be there. Long story short he called my company saying that we left trash and a mess outside the apartment. What he doesn't know is that we take pictures of our job site after we are done working for the same reasons. The office lady and maintenance guy kept driving passed us on the golf cart trying to instigate a reaction. What a shame those apartments have a lot of potential but management takes it all away!! Mr Torres gave us a 5 star rating and was very pleased with our job he even took pictures of the job site"

"This leasing company is the worse. I would not recommend moving here for anyone! They are extremely money hungry, uncaring when it comes to your rented home. Dog poop is everywhere, property manger is not willing to help most of the time even with major complaints. Issue always in the apartment with maintenance, no parking for residents it’s a struggle to park at your own apartment without parking a little ways away. Save your move and move to one of the nicer complexes that are so much more worthy it. In my opinion."

"I wasn't very satisfied with the Villas. If you are military, do not just get an apartment without physically being at the address. The pictures do not match from zillow. I expected hardwood floors and new appliances, yup didn't get that. I got carpet and old things. The only thing saving this review is the rent cost. Oh BTW, kiss you're deposit goodbye. I left the apartment better than I found it, they took my deposit and asked for $200. I also left on orders, they still charged me the last month. THEY ARE NOT THE MOST MILITARY FRIENDLY OPTION. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU'LL PAY FOR IT. Be Careful of walking too, the floors are like the ocean and your footsteps can travel 100 miles. I've been renting for 10 years and this is the first time I have been reported to as being inconsiderate and received a written notice smh. I can't float. I'm off my soapbox. Only come here if you are desperate, that is all. I don't know how people are giving this place 5 stars, it's a generous 3 stars."
