"The Pointe by far has been one of my favorite place to live! Great staff, Yvette and the pointe maintenance crew are always on top of everything and are only a phone call away. Since moving in I have never had problems with any of the residents or staff members. The views are amazing and couldn’t think of a better place to rent!"

"By far the worst apartments I have ever lived at. After the many issues I had at these apartments the most serious one was that I was intoxicated by carbon monoxide while residing there because of an old unsealed water heater that was provided to my unit, and because of a lack of attention to my apartment, the carbon monoxide detector didnt work and no renewal inspections were provided after i renewed my lease. I was intoxicated a second time after the water heater had been “fixed.” The staff is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. Specially the manager of the property Yvette Duby. She showed zero empathy or consideration to my health situation. Ive now spent over 2,000 dollars on medical studies, treatments, and consultations. My asthma got WAY worse since that happened. I wouldn't under any circumstance recommend this place to ANYONE! Adding to the problems I had here were, leaks, garbage area is always full and smelly, exposed cables from the cable boxes outside, awful customer service and attention, dog poop everywhere, and the water will get turned off at least a couple times a month. I will leave pictures as another review for anyone that wishes to reassure that what Im saying is true."

"Best apartments in El Paso, TX The area is beautiful, you get one of the most amazing views, close to everything. Pretty quiet neighborhood you get to see deers Apartments are super nice it gives you the feeling you are in a cabin in Ruidoso. Management Ivette is really nice, the manager is always on top of everything, as well as the leasing team, maintenance is great can’t see myself living anywhere else."

He is personable and makes it his duty to feel welcomed and heard when there is any problem. Maintenance is timely and does their best to answer your maintenance request the next business day. I am truly appreciative of the service I’ve received on their end."
