"This is probably the only place in El Paso where you can see actual cork trees! I'm not sure when this complex was built, but the bricks are pretty, and I really like the wrought-iron embellishments by the leasing office. They even have the bottom bottle glass windows near some of the townhouses. It's almost like being transported to another time, but then you see the pool and get brought back to modern times! Most apartments in the area have beautiful gardens, but the stars of this complex are definitely the cork trees!"

"I've been here for almost a year and I've gotta hand it to the owner she is so wonderful. She's patient, kind, understanding, and works WITH you not against you. She helped me and my partner get into an apartment so fast it was crazy. We were having problems at our old place cause of crazy psycho neighbors and she helped make the process of signing so easy and the least least amount of stress possible. She's currently renovating every single apartment so it's newer and nicer. They are super spacious. I live in a 1bed 1 bath and it's 850 SQ ft. I'm so grateful to the owner and i wish I could repay her for her kindness and how much she's helped us out. We will most definitely be renewing our lease. Thank you for making life a bit more pleasent. ⚠️EDIT⚠️ well yes I made this review however I have some things to add now that I've changed and upgraded to a bigger apartment. Yes this place is still nice however I have some comments that I hope reach and have some impact cause I'm enraged. This place is great for price and space however the staff and the hours are what I have issues with. The staff are nice and understanding which is great however they never arrive at the time that is posted not only on the office doors but on Google as well. When its time to pay rent I go and expect someone anyone to be there for me to pay my rent however both me and multiple tenants have shown up and sat there for hours and hours on end eventually I give up cause no one is coming. On top of that when the hours do change they don't send out emails to all the residents here saying the hours have changed instead they post a sign on the office door that has the hours. How are people supposed to know if you don't give notice. It's annoying and I'm quite frankly fed tf up with it. Either fix it or hire someone else that is willing to come in at the correct time so tennents can come in and ask or do what they need to be done. It's infuriating cause they are only open till 1pm in the afternoonoon and if they don't show up till an hour or 2 hours before they are going to close then that affects everyone. People have lives and we can't just sit and wait for 1 person to show up when their supposed to."

"I have lived at this apartment complex going on 3 years now, and it is hands down the worst place I've ever lived. The owner puts $0 back into her property, and most of the units are in disrepair. The upstairs unit from me had broken drain pipes, and when they'd use the kitchen sink or the bathtub, all the water would come out from in between the walls into my kitchen, closet, and bathroom. I notified the property owner of this, and it took her THREE months to rectify the situation. The unit now has some water damage and black mold problems that have not been addressed. What's worse is after telling me how she won't raise rent because people need an affordable place to live. My rent has now increased from about seven hundred and changed to just about $900. With again $0 put back into the property. I'm not the only one who has had a bad experience. The complex is packed with upset tenants who have endured similar treatment. It's safe to say that the owner of Del Prado is a slum landlord. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE."

"Terrible place to live owner initially told us apt would be ready in 2 weeks told her there was no rush we waited almost a month later they told us it was move in ready then changed the monthly price on us which after arguing they put back at what we had agreed and until after we paid they mentioned “minor details” would be fixed throughout the week come to find out running water and ac is minor to them i had my 1 year old in 100 degree weather when i mentioned it to them they sent up a fan. 4 months later all the other details still have not been fixed our kitchen cabinets dont even have doors and havent had hot water for days theres a huge whole in my bathroom wall where they were supposed to put the mirror"
