It's sad to say goodbye especially when being treated so kindly and being beside nothing but amazing wonderful staff. A BIG Thank you to Carlos the maintenance guy for always being so professional, courteous, and super prompt when ever needed. Sarah the manager also always went above and beyond for me since day one and until the end. I will truly miss Bella Vista and each of you who made my stay here so amazing. Lord knows I'd still be here if my family wasnt growing pleaseeeee let me know if you all in the future get 3 bedrooms I would not hesitate one bit to be back. You all were heaven sent. "I applied to these apartments and paid $150 for the application. It got declined but was also told if I did rent I would have to pay more then the price I was given because I make too much, yet my credit isn’t good enough! After asking to pay double deposit in order to rent I was ghosted! Don’t waste your time"
"Highly recommend leasing at Bella Vista. We have almost lived here for a year and our experience has been nothing but peaceful and friendly environment. Property manager Maria has been very helpful and attentive when there’s any work orders that need to be taken care of. Not to mention Mo the maintenance gentleman is awesome! He knows his job very well and gets things done properly. As a pet owner we are very pleased with the accommodations made for our fur baby. These as beautiful apartments from the upgraded interior to the well kept courtyards. Overall great experience thus far. Very happy tenants :)"
