"Peaceful. Honestly if you pay everything in time and don’t give any problems you’ll be taken care of. Management was always great to us, and whenever we needed something taken care of we didn’t have any trouble. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and the size was very good, very spacious. I don’t think i ever saw a cockroach or any type of insect, so that’s a plus! There’s plenty of parking lot as well"
"I relocate often enough that when a good one is found, I want to tell the world. La Hacienda's manager Teresa is the most personable and professional leasing manager that I have ever had the joy to know. She is truly an asset. JR of the maintenance staff took the time to go over particulars of the apartments nuances to make sure I was comfortable. Again personable and professional. The grounds are very well maintained with plenty of privacy, if that's your intentions, with several ammenities that are too numerouse to list. Its location is near restaurants, sports bars, I-10 and several parks and dog parks. If I ever get the opportunity to work in El Paso again, this is my one stop shop. La Hacienda Apartments= 5 stars!"
"Hacienda apartments is the worst place to live. The apartment was missing door handles and there was cracks on the walls. Next door there was a drug dealer, and all the building smelled like weed and the police was always there. Staff is rude and to end this.. there’s a homeless that washes his clothes on the washing area and sometimes sleeps in there."
"Worst service ever! This is a ghetto place. once they tried to break into my apartment. they even stole clothes from me. besides staff i very rude, went I left they tried to charged me cleaning fees, 60 days of rent and penalty fees because I didn't give them a 60 days notice which I did, plus the contract stated that they needed to give me a notice 65 days before my leasing ending if not 60 days of penalty will be voided. I paid every month, and I left at the time that my contract matured. I even offered to pay the penalty, but nothing! WORST APARTMENTS EVER!"
