"These apartments are the worst I've ever been in. The swamp coolers work half the time. When you make a work order they take forever to come fix the problem. There are shootings at the bar across the street almost every other weekend if not every weekend. The property manager hardly ever answers the phone and if you leave a message for a call back in my experience you never get called back. I've lived here for 3 years and the first year was ok because the manger actually helped her tenants but then she went to a new property and since then it's gone downhill. Around the pool is a major ant problem. The pet area in the back of the complex doesn't have grass only rocks and they get HOT in the summer. There was mold in my apartment and all they did was spray something on it and scrub it then repainted over it. You get fined of your child writes on the sidewalk with chalk."

"This place is not what it looks like, moved from California to this place, we found them online saw their pictures spoke to the leasing agent who is nice btw, only good thing about the whole experience. But upon arrival the apartment didn't look like the pictures, we had roaches 2 days after moving in. The blinds were extremely flimsy and broke. The bathroom vent broke in the first 2 weeks of living there. The heater is an outdated box with small temperature needle which also stopped working in the first week of us living there. Had a maintenance guy come out to fix it but didn't have proper equipment said they had to order a part and that wasn't changed, he ended up lending us a small electric heater that did nothing to warm up the apartment. The stove was Missing knobs which in the month we lived there were never given to us. Our apartment was literally in front of a bar that's on the same street with extremely loud music playing in the middle of the night making it impossible to sleep. We rented the apartment for 1 MONTH! That's how bad it was, we ended up leaving. Took the loss and packed and moved out. Not worth the time or money!!! Also Taylor Bailey review should be void. She works for them of course she'll give them 5 stars."

"I love my apartment. It has just enough space for me. I also love that they stove is a gas stove. The maintenance, Gilbert, does a fantastic job getting the apartments ready and he is great with the work orders. Integrity has dones a great job! Keep up the great work!"

"I currently live at Las Gardenias for the past 2 years, i never had experience that we are having! Great and friendly staff!! gentleman in the front office is very polite and compassionate to us and the residents around us. Also the maintenance man, he is very knowledgeable about his work and he takes a lot of pride in it as well. i could never imagine this apartment with this staff nor would i never leave this place. We enjoy time to time having a cup of coffee with the staff. If you are looking for the right place to live, that have a great staff come to las gardenias, they will provide the excellent service which goes beyond anything in this city!"
