"If I could put ZERO stars I would. This complex is horrible. They don’t care about their tenants. The ladies in the front office are rude. They never answer the phone. I have to actually stop by the office to talk to someone & there’s been times where I pull up & I see them lock up AND close the blinds so we don’t go in. (Well before closing time also) Terrible place with terrible workers."

"File a civil lawsuit for $115(look up landlord tenant laws) put a stop to it... if you need help email me alwaysprotectachild@gmail.com I've won civil suit against apartment complexes for trying to keep my deposit after the lease was done, theres laws that protect us as tenants..."

"Horrible place! Management people will tell you how much your rent will be. Then when you go sign the contract they raise your price by hundreds of dollars. When you ask for your deposit back they refuse to give your your $400 back even though no contract was signed."

"*WARNING* If you are looking to rent here be careful. When you put in an application with a deposit be aware that if you CANCEL or change your mind not to rent here, THEY WILL NOT RETURN your DEPOSIT unless you CANCEL WITHIN 72 hrs. They will NOT let you know that you MUST cancel within 72 hrs. in order to return your deposit back. The lady will take it personal. Bad costumer service, I'm not obligated to rent here just because I submitted an application and if cancel, I should obtain my deposit back."
