"I been here 4 years. Never had an issue with management. Townhomes are good for the price. The only thing that really sucks is the AC. No refrigeration."
"The owners of Cedar Oak are tyrants. Highly recommend to spend the extra 100 dollars to live in a place where you won’t be harassed all the time. I will be back in a couple weeks to post what exactly is going on. I do not want to post details at the moment else they will harass me even more. We will start with good luck getting maintenance to come in and fix anything."
"Linda(don't know her last name) is awesome! Since she got here, so much improvements have been made. She is constantly in the area asking if everything is working and if we need anything done. thank goodness for no more leaks!!"
"I agree with everyone about the staff and they talk about other tenants in front of others. I don’t know how Linda got her job there but she is does not have any customer service skills and talks to you like she’s better than you. Acts like she’s the owner and not just an employees for the company. They open their doors whenever they feel like it and answer phones whenever they feel like it. Definitely make them show you the apartment and make changes before you move in. They say they will fix the issues and never do unless you bug them for months. All the drawers are falling apart. Floors are stained. Apartment had bedbugs even in the kitchen. I wish I could load up the pictures to show what I had to move into. Other tenants tried to warn me but I really needed a place close to my kids school and fast. They couldn’t pay me to renew my contract."
"The New Managment HORRIBLE The New Managment HORRIBLE ¡Do not move here! ATTENTION DO NOT MOVE HERE. Horrible maintence and horrible managment. Since Linda enter and Jannette nothing is get done on work orders. Work orders take for ever. They are unprofessional and vulgar. They dont manage the property well. They dont care if you are having trouble with the apartments. honestly do not move here. Maintenance is horrible they never repair well. Moreover, staff is not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend to rent on this property."
