"Veronica is very unpleasant to speak with and very unprofessional. She’s interrupting me as I speak of my reoccurring billing issue that has been happening ever since she has taken over as management. There are many cats outside of the apartments multiplying as you can tell there are newer ones and older ones nothing is ever done even when I have called to complain. Maintenance issues are never being taken care of so damage to the property is going to be towards the apartment complex which I have everything screenshot for my records and months going by of the issues not being taken care of And now the billing situation to where she’s threatening that we better pay by today when it was an error that she has constantly made already two months in a row. When I let her know I don’t want this to re-occur because I always pay my rent early she says that it’s “on there”. Obviously it is not on there when I’m getting a balance after the fact that I paid the rent that was due at the time of the statement. I have been here for four years and because of her I will not be renewing my lease. Veronica is causing harm and less business to this apartment complex and I hope whoever’s in charge really reaches out to those one stars and ask them what is really going on."

"Maintence - They take forever just to do the most simple task. Rent - you pay way too much JUST to get nothing done the rent is only this much because of the street and side of town it’s on. In unit - The bugs are OUTRAGEOUS I don’t know if it is coming from another unit but they have pest control come and even after they came a few weeks ago to a month ago they never went away not even a little bit. No matter how much you clean no matter what you do they are constant. You tell management and nothing is done about it, all the home remedies don’t work the things you buy from the store does not work. We even bombed the apartment but it still did not work. They come from the pipes majority of the time. We are not dirty people but they are always in the kitchen we can barely have guest over. Another thing I forgot to mention rent constantly keeps going up. The gate stays broken for so long it doesn’t matter what time of year it is. I have no idea what they do with the money all of us give them but it’s not put back into the apartments. I thought this was a perfect place to live but I cannot wait to move out."

"Beautiful apartment. Great AC for hot days. However, they will raise the price whenever they feel like it. Also, noisy neighbors. And worst of all inconsistent management. We pay an over $1450 for a two bed and two bath. This price is more than some mortgage payments. Our complaints are never addressed. Maintenance is always two months late to the repair. They just sit around and say they’ve been busy with other tasks. If these things make you happy and comfortable, then this a great place for you to live."

"The management is terrible and have lack of communication. My husband and I went to apply for a two bed two bath, and when I called to see an update on our application, they told me the apartment was no longer available because we had to put a $300 deposit and we were not informed of that because we were just told to pay the application fee first and wait to get approved. it is very sad on our end because we are moving to el Paso from Lubbock ."

"Moved here from Austin, TX and been really enjoying my time! Location is amazing near all the main places I would need to go. Parking can be a limited late at night and on weekends but luckily my building is in a good spot with a lot of options. My building is quiet and my unit feels rather secluded. There are definitely a couple defects in the apartment but that is like with any rental unit (maintenance has taken care of the main issues). I personally have had no problems with the gates - whether it is guests, food delivery, or myself. I just make sure to have detailed instructions so folks have no issues getting in. As for the unit itself, storage in the kitchen is amazing (I have a 2x2) but otherwise, it's a bit limited. Thankfully the second bedroom is my office so that closet is basically just for storage. There is also no storage on the balcony."
