"ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!! WHERE DO I START… I moved in this past October and it’s been non stop issues after issues since the moment I walked in. To be quite honest I would break my lease if I could but they make it impossible for you to leave..$$$ The large amount of rent is not worth it for the amounts if things that need to repaired. They only make superficial fixes for you to move in and for it to look nice but honestly they just need to teardown the entire buildings. There is no fix. Don’t get me wrong the poor maintenance workers try their best but there’s not much you can do when something is just bad in the foundation. Half of my stuff is broken and I’m literally paying a house payment monthly. They try to charge you on everything!! When I moved in they said I would pay a certain amount and now I pay more. They come into your home A LOT for check ups and I have never experienced that before. There is roaches, there is water damage, water leaks from the outside, not all outlets work and water is always shut off for “repairs.” It’s exhausting to live here and deal with everything.Would not even wish this entire experience to my worst enemies. Disappointed!"

"I have been to multiple properties, and I can tell you that for me, management professionals is the most important part. You can move in to an older apartment complex and have issues anywhere, but having to put up with bad attitude from management is the worst. That is why I give it a 5 star, Paola was attentive and thorough. I appreciate the attention and kind customer service. Thank you for the help and information."

"Ive never thought a place deserved a zero star rating more than this one. It is Truly a terrible place to live. To whomever I can save with this review to highlight the neglect by staff and owners. DO NOT MOVE HERE. On a good day you can expect to have issues with plumbing, no hot water, water being shut off all day, an infestation of feral cats, the smell of cat urine everywhere. All for the measly price of 1000 dollars a month for a 1 bedroom. To all the 5 star reviews here we all know its the owner/staff making accounts and trying to bring up the rating. I wanna point out generally speaking the front office ladies are respectful and courteous when interacting with them. But when it comes down to maintenence requests, things get lost or not submitted all the time. Delaying our repairs for weeks, if not months, if we don't constantly bug them about it, nothing will ever get done. At some point, someone has to be held accountable whether it be staff or the owners themselves or BOTH! Try taking a cold shower for 3 months straight Sun Hollow and tell me you wouldn't be pissed."

"Just went today to make a formal complain since the water has been shut off almost on a monthly basis because of water leaks. 3 days straight without hot water now. I've been living here for 2 years and issues are never ending and nothing gets fixed. The lady in the office seem not to care when I brought up that my renewal notice was a couple of months away and prices were increasing every single time, just to have the same issues every time. She just reminded me to let the office know 30 days before the end of the contract to make the apartment vacant. I feel disappointed since it felt she didn't care if I left or stayed. They changed the staff members in the front office a while ago, which improved the customer service. But now it seems they've gone backwards."
