"As someone who rarely leaves reviews, I wanted to take the time to acknowledge the management team's earnest and continuing efforts to help out their residents. I wanted to mention the maintenance team they are always very professional and fast with our emergencies. I have only had positive interactions with the other members of the team as well. Great place to live!"
"I have lived here for a very very long time. Manager has been awesome. maintenance wise no issues. They expedite the work as per requested. Maintenance is polite and know what they are doing when it comes to fixing stuff around the apartment that we live in. It might be an old place, but the upkeep is very good."
"During our 2 years staying here (still a resident unfortunately), we've had constant roof leaks. Our roof had caved in and flooded the apartment and we could not reach maintenance over the emergency line. It took us calling 911 to get someone to be able to come in and shut-off the water. We saw no compensation for damaged items nor for our displacement. This has been a reoccurring issue more common in the past few months with maintenance telling us that it's the weather's fault and there's nothing they could do. Management has never contacted us to try and remedy our situation and they hardly seem to care."
"My stay at this apartment was great. The complex was always well-maintained and the leasing office was very welcoming if you had any questions or concerns. In particular, Danny one of the individuals that maintained the apartment complex, was great. Danny responded to work orders in a timely r and was good at communicating whenever maintenance was required on the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment."
"Ive been here 10 yrs and for the last 6yrs i havent had any cabinet repairs in my apartment. They are literally falling off and unscrewed from the wall."
