"Very dissapointed. Worst apartments on The west side. Very Low quality, at high cost without help of managers or workers. Owners should be ashamed. Find somewhere else to live. Don't put yourself through this, many families have suffered. Everyone leaves as soon as they find out all the issues and extra fees this place offers. They lie about everything. There's no pool it's been a mess for years now.Gym machines don't work. Parking space sucks.Maintenance takes 2 or 3 weeks to look into your emergency problems which is a JOKE. This place is a Joke don't move here and make your life miserable."

"If you want no water or cold water this is the place to be! If you want maintenance requests ignored move here! I still have duct tape under my sink since the first time I moved in. This place is nothing but cash grab. What's sad is this place used to be amazing area to move into but the people running it just put it into the ground. What's funny is how they still tell people there working on the pool. They can't even keep the water on without shutting it off !"

"This place is behind awful. Nothing but issues since I moved here. Water is always not working, they message about it almost every other week. My washer didn’t work for a month before I fixed it (Yes I put in a maintenance request). And my air conditioner was not working for days before that was fixed as well. Not to mention that the property looks nothing like photos posted online. The front office is no help either. DO NOT MOVE HERE."

"I have lived here at Indian Springs Apartments for almost 2 years. The location is great, the amenities are super nice (personal washer/dryer room outside each apartment, stove and refrigerator, nice workout room, dogs and childrens play areas, BBQ pits with tables, coffee and snacks at the office, a computer/printer available, dishwasher, bus stops nearby, window treatments and lots of counter and cabinet space in the kitchen). The staff is always cheerful and listens to any issues you may have. The maintenance staff are true professionals who take pride in their work. I highly recommend this apartment complex. Come see what you are missing out on!"

"The expected date for me to be in my apartment was pushed back first of all. They went ahead and compensated for the month which was cool, then when the day came they told me it'd be a different apt. I went ahead and stopped by the post office to change my address, so I had to go twice to change it. That was a hassle. So I've been living here since like the end of july. So about like 3 months, the service here is so horrible. I was told I'd pay 1355 for rent, the only utilities I'd have under my name would be light and internet. I'm literally paying 300 dollars more mostly for just water,and trash. Keep in mind, there is always leaks here, and I've already mentioned it to them. No compensation or nothing in return to adjust that. There's literally nothing I can do about the leaks. I put in a ticket and everytime they say it's good to go. My shower head always has water dripping and the tub too. I close the knob sealed shut and it does nothing. Just a heads up if anyone wants to live here those are the issues. There's way more stuff that I can write about but I'll leave it for another day"
