"I've been a tenant for quite some years now and never had a problem neither with management or maintenance im still very happy at my apartment its a pretty good environment and property well taken care of,I will recommend Spanish creek to people looking for an apartment as we continue to enjoy Spanish creek..thank you Liz for a job we done"

"Some people don't have the capacity to manage properties and it shows. There's three trash bins and all three look like the pictures provided, even worse. Both women at the office show up when they please. If you check the online time it says 8:30 to 5. But they get here on a good day past midday. Mondays rarely do they show up unless is rent day. So if something breaks, yeah it will take a while to get fix. There's a NO PET policy, yet the whole complex you see pet waste. The AC situation is the worst, most people have window units( which aren't allowed) but are needed or have the windows open to help with the hot season. People stay here because the apartments are income based, meaning you only pay a percentage of your salary. I'm sure most stay here, especially with the current situation of rentals. The apartments are spacious and kind of well taken care of, that is definitely a plus. These apartments would be nice if the actual owners hired people who actually show up and take care of business..."

"This place retaliates when you catch them in a lie. They are under new management which is “Mayfair Management Group”. When we called and asked for a unit to rent they said they had none. We had a friend call in to see what they would tell him and they told him they had 2 or more units available to rent. We called corporate and corporate pretty much said that the local managers are in charge. I will be filling a report with the Better Business Bureau. Horrible management. They are a nightmare."

"Horrible experience living there. I had reported my neighbor twice on different occasions that they were outside smoking something they shouldn't have till 4:30 in the morning and they never did anything about it. People stopped following the rules. When I went to give my 30 day notice they asked why I said I could no longer live there with my daughter who was still small at the time. I didn't feel safe there and the manager at the time told me to write leaving due to financial reasons. I just wanted to leave. When I moved in they just finished building the townhomes. I loved the manager back then, she was strict and very helpful. After her management was just awful."

"I cannot wait until I move out!! I have lived here for a few years and everytime I call or stop by the office they are never there! If they do happen to be around the girl is rude! They change owners like they change underware! It took them months to get our air conditioners on. I never received my renewal. They don't adress any of our concerns. Other people who have moved have said they are still waiting on their security deposit isn't it illegal to not return your deposit within 30days? I don't know who to tell about these landlords. If anyone knows where I can report them please respond to this review. Just frustrated...."
