"Poor management and response time for maintenance they need more people for the maintenance team it’s only one guy. AC is terrible I recommend getting a portable unit. Police will be there 6 days out of the week and shine lights in your windows. Some other residents are good and some are terrible. Also the parking sucks. Overall wouldn’t recommend also they aren’t really military friendly or understanding of how quickly and short notice things can change for military families."

"Contract is about to end i will not be renewing . When we first moved in we loved it because ot was very spacious especially since we have big furniture, we loved how the heaters works very well and has gas stove. And the apartments ARE NOT cockroach onfested which is a plus, but 2 cabinet doors fell and i asked the maintnence guy to fix it and never came, then another piece from the sink fell, and the restroom sink had rusted from previous residents and its like they just painted over it because you could see the paint and rust started to show again.. the ACs do not work unless its night and the night is fresh .. we had a small tear on the carpet and we told them to fix it before it got big and noone ever came to fix it ... some teen agers from across from me stole 3 cars and the police is ALWAYS here or passing by, then we got new neighbours who seem like they do drugs and started accusing me of stealing theyre packages which was not the case... our experience was good at first but with the new neighbours in we will definitely not renew! i would NOT recommend this apartments unless you are on a budget but otherwise i would not recommend.."

"These apartments were okay. No refrigerated air. The swamp coolers didn’t work well. The apartment manager charged me unnecessary damage charges when the apartment already had a lot of issues. The floor had a dip and was told I could not move out into another apartment unless they had to also move the people below me. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all."

"None of the ac's work. They are old and rusted. Complaint about it 4 times and did nothing about it. They also painted over the rust on the ac's. The water bill keeps going up. My first bill was 35 dollars the first month, then it went to 65 dollars and now 75 dollars. Its just me and my spouse, my children are only here on the weekends so it's just me and my spouse, and i know we don't use up that much water so i don't understand why our water bill is so high? If water bill keeps going up im breaking my lease. We've been withought a working ac since May! I have kids under the age 13 suffering from this heat and ac still not working, but what do they care. I can't wait to leave this DUMP! I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!!!"
