"I been at this place for going on 3 years now. Recently it’s just been awful! My water heater busted ruining a bunch of my stuff from the water damage . They promised to give me a gift card that I have still yet to receive and it’s going on a month. My oven has been broken since November I told them when I renewed my lease and again when my water heater broke and yet nothing has been done. UPDATE: it’s March 1st and landlord told me it would be ready today and she never came"

"This place is ridiculous, i tried to apply for an apartment in March, right away they said yes you qualify and were quick to ask for a deposit, then i find out I didn’t qualify and they said i had to wait 6 weeks to get my deposit back which has been now 3 months and i have not received it back. I have tried calling i sent emails and text messages and no ones answers me. They are bunch of thieves."
"I've lived in Tropicana Properties for nearly 8 years now. I'm currently waiting outside this office to renew my lease, yet no one is here. I had an appointment for 11:00 AM, my wife has taken time off of work to be present, no properties are currently answering their phones and the inboxes are full. There is no way to leave a message. This is absolutely absurd and completely unprofessional. I'm one of several people waiting outside."
"I have been living at these apartments for the last three years and not once have I ever regretted it. What else can you want when they offer the best prices even in the presence of inflation, theres also a playground for my kids to play and even a community office in which I can get coffee and print my critical documents. However what I value the most from this property is the property manager Stephanie, she is always courteous, emphatic, professional and resolves all my concerns in a timely manner. She even answers and offers help when they’re closed. That is dedication on a whole another level and I greatly appreciate! She is definitely the embodiment of the values from Tropicana properties!"
