Avalon West

"I don't understand the complaint anyone would ever has with Avalon West, but everyone experience is different and sometimes no matter what you do some people won't be happy. And no, the gate is not always broken, that is a stretch and I thought it best to clear that up. I digress. Out of all the places I have moved to, Avalon West has been the best by far, no comparison. I was very blessed to have been able to stay here (Thank you Lord). From the time, I arrived to the time I left my experience was amazing. Getting on the waitlist was worth it. A little about my time at Avalon West: the ladies there were first strangers to me, then moved to being my friends, then became my family. They go the extra mile to put that Avalon West touch on your stay while you are there. I will miss them. To Heather, Katie, Tana who's no longer there, and Celina who is the newest member of the team, Thank you for your generosity, kindness, listening ears, and friendly faces at all times (because I was suprised at how early you guys got in the office and how late you left, and you all always had a smile, cause I probably wouldn't..lol). To Raul and Mr. Joe (I will not forget you), thank you for all your help, kindness and quick response to fix anything that was broken. You all were amazing, I will miss you all. Thank you Avalon West!"

"While the apartment at Avalon West was aesthetically pleasing the first couple of years, I became disappointed the last year living there for the lack of property maintenance, residents not picking up after their pets and noise disturbances from neighboring units."

"Last year I lived here for a year and would not recommend. This place looks nice but.. the gate was always broken (left open) on our side which resulted in a few neighbor's cars being broken into. Though a gate wouldn't totally prevent crime it can help. My experience with the front office and maintenance staff is that they don't effectively communicate. I'd requested when signing the lease we're given notification before someone comes in and don't consent for anyone to come in without our permission. They assured me they'd call me beforehand and had total trust. A few service requests were needed throughout our lease. They attempted to come in a few times with no heads up (top lock was locked) and did come in without my consent twice (top lock was unlocked). Each time they would knock really fast no pause and start barging in. I was home in these cases and wonder what happens for those folks who also don't consent and have to be at work or in general are gone for long periods of time. After the first complaint of coming in without our consent they'd assure it wouldn't happen again until it did.. We were also stuck with no heat during the winter. I'd call once a week for an update - were given the run around. They did provide us with portable heaters but it's not the same. Although I did have some good interactions with Avalon West they lost my trust. Not surprised they kept most of my deposit (they'll probably argue that they treat every situation fairly and all that b.s.). Recently moved out from a short term lease as I moved cities again and I didn't have any issues!"

"Most Definitely Recommend This Place. Very Peaceful And Clean Environment. Maintenance Is Very Punctual , Responsive And Fix Issues Quickly If They Arise. Staff is A Plus, Very Friendly and Helpful."

"Lived here for year and really loved it! The location is convenient and close to a lot of shopping centers and restaurants. It was really great to have access to a clean and well-maintained pool in the summer, and the front staff are all really friendly and helpful. Plus, any time there was a maintenance issue, Jose would quickly fix it for us along with the other staff! Overall, a really nice experience living here."
