"Really great management and property, could not recommend enough. The unit itself was incredibly modern and luxurious."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!! The reviews are true. I lived here for a year. I am a quiet and clean renter. When it was time for me to move, the kept $1100 of the $1400 deposit for repairs. I lived in 4 states and NEVER had this issue. Save yourself the to time. They look nice, but it's not worth it with the hidden fees."

"Avoid this place. Moved into a townhouse costing over $2000/month. Asked if the place was quiet when I saw the unit. No mention of sharing a wall with 3 college kids living next door. That was your cue Teresa to tell me that. Honesty. Ethics. Learn about these concepts. I simply wouldn't have taken the place and there would not have been a problem. But this greedy little deception has lead to the worst renting experience of my entire life. Loud banging and smashing everyday. Sometimes for hours on end. One day this went on from 7pm past midnight. Music blasting through walls. Cut off is 10pm, but they have started this nonsense passed 11pm. Parties, cars everywhere.. one day all these punk kids completely blocked me from entering my garage with all their cars. On another day, one of this jokers parked a car in front of my garage. I have complained to management 4 times now, with zero results as these feral jerks continue to live the entitled life they seem to think they have the right to. (Wish I could be there when the real world breaks them.) Management seems to be protecting these losers for some reason. Maybe they are family? They are afraid of them? Just don't care? But for 2k per month they should act accordingly to the issues their tenants have. Besides all this, my microwave went out and I didn't get a new one for over a month. No offer of a temporary counter top microwave, they just expected me to be without one for as long as they wanted. I ended up having to purchase one. After all is said and done- I have to move out. I asked if they would work with me and forgive my last months rent so I can can get out, just ONE month early. I know that's completely fair, all things considered. This manager, Sinaa, has chosen to ignore all the details of this nightmare and coldly said "no." You will not get the quality of life you pay for at Moderno Village. They don't care who they rent to and will not take care of their residents once they have you. It claims luxury living, but I had more peace and quality of life at a $600/ month apartment. Literally. Talking to my lawyer."

"Do not rent from this place! It’s very disappointing. We were great tenants for 1.5 yrs. All the bad reviews are true and they will lie and cheat to find a way to keep your deposit. Even if you have evidence they don’t even listen. You also have people parking in your “designated spot” with very limited extra parking available. No grass, no amenities. 0/10 recommended. Teresa was kind and attentive to us, we never had any problems with her, but the other staff was little to no help whatsoever."

"The apartment was nice inside however it had some grout all over the sink and floors that I had to clean as soon as we moved in. The area it is in there’s always cars passing and police sirens. The waist area for dogs is never cleaned always has trash from the next door apartment and the restaurant. There was also times I was scared my dog would get cut with glass in that area because of how not very pet friendly it was. Our parking spot had a huge gaping hole from a utility cover in which I was always scared to fall in and they never offered to fix. Sometimes people would park in your parking and the towing company would not answer. They’re also no parking for guests if you have family over they have to park in the restaurant next door. Also the back parking lot was constantly getting flooded by the water valve erupting. Now for the employees that’s just another bad thing. Mr.Mustafa Ali was super rude to me in one occasion and even screamed at me when I entered the office to ask a quick question at 5:05! He told me to get out and asked me how I got in… um the door was open duh… I told the property management what happen and nothing was done about their inadequate employee. Teresa wasn’t willing to work with us upon move out when our new apartment wanted proof we payed rent at our current apartment at Moderno instead she postponed signing the document until she eventually told us she wouldn’t be the one to do it but instead Ms.Sinaa Ali. I tried to get a hold of her several times to sign the document but she was never in the office. I found her in one of the other properties they own. It’s hilarious actually I called and asked to speak to her and the lady in the phone told me she was busy and she proceeded to ask me who was calling I told her who I was and why I was calling and it turned out that the lady on the phone who said she’s busy was actually her. Literally 5 min later she signed the document. Always stay on your toes with these people. Also some advice take pictures of everything when you move in and I mean everything even walls and check behind your fridge. Do not risk the end of your lease for them to charge you an arm and a leg. I do not recommend anyone staying here if: you have family that likes to come over, you have a dog and prefer good customer service."
