Lifestyles on the Reserve Apartments

"I had a 5 star review but now updating it to 2 stars and will likely not be renewing my lease after 3 years. I moved from a 1 bedroom apartment that was perfect, to a much bigger townhome at the same property and while the apartment itself is very nice, the neighbors I have are extremely and unnecessarily loud. Management does not do anything about it besides send a text to them. I have sent emails, phone calls, and it even got to the point where I had to call the courtesy officer about the constant banging on the walls, yelling, stomping, and constant noise from apartment 507 but it continues to this day. Kids are loud and I expect noise living at an apartment but it is not regular noise. It is excessive noise. I have lived in apartments my entire life but I have never been so miserable. I get waken up at 6:30 AM everyday by my neighbors and have to wait for them to leave in the morning in order to go back to sleep. The noise stops during the day but then begins again at 3:00 PM when they get home to the time they go to sleep 8:00 PM. I know their schedule due to how loud they are, it’s not normal. Everyday this noise occurs and weekends are all day long. It is terrible. My friends and family come over and ask how I can live like this but I have no choice until my lease is up. I hope to move to a different apartment complex where my neighbors are normal. I have had neighbors all of my life but they have never made this much noise. The apartments are very nice so with quieter neighbors it would be 10/10 like my last 5 star review at my old apartment at this property."

"I absolutely love living here! The staff is very attentive, respectful and quick on work orders and no hidden fees anywhere! Beautiful, well managed property and very quiet! Pool and gym are always clean. Best apartments I have lived in!!"

"I have been a resident of Lifestyles on the Reserve for nearly 6 years (April 2024). I have owned homes in the past and the benefits of living here- have, and continue to exceed my expectations! Living at Lifestyles on the Reserve translates to flexibility for my "lifestyle!" It provides me with many benefits; a simpler " reserved lifestyle," with ample opportunity to live in a location I prefer while having access to food, entertainment, shopping, and other activities all within a 360-degree radius. It also provides extra security (gated community), less maintenance, and not to mention affordability. Saving on property taxes and high mortgage insurance, certainly helps lower stress in life, especially during these economic times! This is like living in a resort environment with a price that offers both; " value and affordability!""

"No one likes rent increases or unintentional mistakes that are made by we imperfect human beings. But these are sometimes just part of life and living. I have lived here for 6 years now and I have seen changes, and people, come and go. But, in the 6 years I have lived here, the staff and maintenance crew have always been very diligent in taking care of whatever it was that needed fixing or improving. Service like this is getting harder to find these days. But great service has been a hallmark of the staff here for the 6 years I have lived here. Rarely do I need the staff because things just "work" here. But when I have needed them, it is a blessing that they do what is required as needed. I appreciate the staff and all the work they do to make life easier for all us residents. So hats off to them all. They are one of the joys of living here. So thank you."
