"If I could give a zero I would!!!! This place is horrible!!!!! Where do I begin??!!! They paint over and over on everything so the paint is so thick that You can’t even close the closet doors or bathroom doors!! I’ve had a leak issue with both bathrooms and the maintenance man was so rude!! Stove is falling apart and my refrigerator handles screw keep falling off making them wobbly.. And these are the issues I’ve had since I moved in! I’ve only been here a month and a half! There’s dog poop everywhere that owners don’t pick up after walking their dogs. They have painted some sort of stuff on all the counters in bathroom and kitchen to try and make it look like granite but any kind of scrubbing and it all comes off!!! The stairs handles are fixed in a quick and cheap way that you touch it and it falls right off resulting in me falling twice.I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!! Can’t wait get out of here!!!!"

"I’m proud to give these apartments a 5 star review, the customer service is amazing! You literally could not ask for a better team! Bianca has been so helpful in the short time I’ve lived here. I really think Debbie and Tony make the difference with their customer service skills and outgoing personalities. They all have gone above and beyond to make this place feel like a home for me. Just like any other place you will face some difficulties; like neighbors, people parking in your spot, roaches and other insects but that’s life you live and learn how to deal with these things as you live life. The towing company that this apartment has contracted is fast and always resolves the parking issue fast! Killing your neighbors with kindness has worked for me thus far and I added screens to my vents to minimize the amount of the areas bugs may enter. I hope this review helps in your choice to find a home. God bless"

"While I can’t speak to the other issues that people have experienced with their units, I can at least say that the staff in the front office is nothing short of amazing. Tony really went above and beyond in helping us get a place here and so far we love it. The water could be a bit warmer in the morning but when it comes to having a roof over my family’s head and a decent place to live, it does the job. Big shout out to the staff !"

"1400 a month never late, water comes oht of the carpet, the restroom from downstairs has never worked properly since day 1, maintenance comes and “fixes” it but it stops working 1 week later. Our stove is falling apart due to them being EXTREMELY old. There has been mold under the sink and toilets since day 1. The water goes out every month at this point and we have to wait hours for it to come back. The indoor pool gym appliances are never cleaned there is sweat stains on them, the carpets look dirty and smell dirty, the restrooms from the pool are disgusting , the sink leaks and there is always water on the floor. Pool is rarely heated as well, DO NOT LEASE HERE!!!!! THEY ARE STEALING YOUR MONEY!! NO APARTMENT WITH ALL OF THESE THINGS WITH 2 BEDROOMS IS WORTH 1400!!!!"
