"Visiting a friend. Nice apartment complex, quiet neighborhood. The only complaints from my friend were that the train close by is too loud and no laundry room on-site. The pool was open and clean."
"San Pedro is owned by Integrity Inc. however they lack integrity and lies about everything. There is no thermostat to cool the apartments, and while they claim to have air conditioning they actually have HVAC and not refrigerated air. Temps inside the apartment will easily reach 83-87 degrees when it is triple Digits outside. They claim to be wheelchair accessible, yet the doorways have steps up into them. I could write a book of all the lies and false claims they promote."
"Almost reaching my first year living here. I have been impressed lately with how the apartments have been improving, physically and the operational. It's quiet for the most part and I have good neighbors who live and let live. Management has done a 360° and it is noticeable!"
"The management team are always willing to accommodate and fix any present or future problems that may occur and the maintenance team are very nice and efficient. The manager Carlos does an amazing job to help and answer any question you may have. The property itself is nice and the apartments are spacious."
