"They never answer the phone during regular business hours. Maintenance after hours never respond either. Leaf blower constantly going back and fourth noisily milking the clock early in the morning. Do yourself a favor find a better place to stay.Mr leaf blower is back noisily blowing the parking lot at 7am and the office doesn’t open until 10 am I bet their still sleeping peacefully!!!"

"The manager is super rude as if she doesn’t care for the occupants. I came from the hospital after a major surgery and had to wait so long for her to talk. She was doing something in the back office, playing music and I called thrice sitting outside the lobby but she was busy in her own and ignored all the calls. Her aggressive and mean behavior will put Shadow Ridge’s reputation down. I loved the apartment overall but the staff sucks when it comes to accommodating. We are active duty military and will definitely make sure that our coworkers and friends will never be recommended for this place. Go for any other case and associates property. Thanks I read multiple reviews for the Boss/ Manager named Christina. Everyone deserves an apology from her side as it’s not only me who has been affected. You can reach out to me via email or let me know whom should I talk to. Bianca and Naomi are really sweet but this so called manager was just too much. She should be kicked out of your community for misbehaving with occupants. I’m not comfortable coming back to your office ever for a little thing."

"I have been living here since end of January and we are in August, i have reached out 3 different occasions regarding my air conditioning that has not been fixed. Very frustrating to have to wait at least 2-3 days for them to temporarily "fix" it, in a 100 degree weather. And not to forget having to call to get a update every single time because no calls are made about what has been fixed or what was done. It's not fair that i have to be paying for a place that I'm not comfortable living at because it's so hot and no one is able to fix my air."

"I stayed for four and half month, so my rent was temporary. Location is great, design even it is old is nice. The girls from the office were really nice to me and I have a good time living there but, rent is extremely expensive and after the contract is over going month to month is even more expensive. They just return 30% my deposit and charged some items that I left in better conditions than I received. Other problems are the maintenance of common areas are far from clean, under the stairs is always dirty and swimming pool during summer is nasty full of hairs and dirt."
