"I've been living here since October/2023 and I've waited to review so I can get a feel for this place. With inflation making everything go up, I can truly say i appreciate being able to live affordably in this economy. The updates to the units over the years have been modernized nicely. The management has been excellent. I've seen the property manager Isabel be proactive in providing resources for the well-being of the tenants, she maintains open lines of communication, is extremely well organized when it comes to the move-in process, and her interpersonal skills make you feel valued and peaceful that you're in good hands. There aren't enough people in the world who take the time to give dignity to working relationships and I hope she continues to be supported in the same ways she needs to continue providing exceptional services for the property. Attention to detail like this provides value to these apartments."
"Great experience with the front office, Karina and Isabel are very friendly and courteous. Karina has been so patient and has been very detailed and helpful throughout the whole application process."

"Worst Customer Service I have ever encountered in my life, it takes more then 1 month in order for a Maintenance order to even be considered to be worked on and if you call the office this is their response: " We have other orders that require a priority". for reals !!! What about the one you have on hold since a month ago ? . They are under staffed and the only staff in the office is very unprofessional, disorganized, rude and careless. Oh, and FYI, they never answer the phone its almost impossible to get a hold of someone. Please if you are considering leasing in these Apartments make sure at least they are better staffed with pleasant and respectful people that can provided you with a better experience."
