"Worst apartments ever. Do not ever rent here We have not hot water and sometimes we do not have water at all. I went today to the office to ask about when are we going to have water? And the staff was incredibly rude to me. Rent here if you want to be mistreated"

"Horrible experience over this past year. Stove constantly not working. No hot water and sometimes no water at all. No compensation for not having either. Paying 1100+ in rent and can’t even have the necessities on a consistent bases. They want rent on time but we can’t have hot water. All we get is “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”. Sorry doesn’t fix the issues."

"Don’t rent here! I have no hot water. It’s been months! Management constantly saying there’s a hot water leak yet when it’s “fixed” I still do not have hot water! We shower in cold water everyday. They told me I could get out of my lease with a 30 day notice now I’m being told there was an expiration date on that offer when I wasn’t told that before! State law says the landlord has 7 days to fix that hot water issue It’s been 8 months."

"Do NOT rent here, not only is it expensive they always have some type of issue with the water, whether it be a leak in the apartment which flooded my kitchen for the second time in 4 months, or then having to close off an entire walkway near the entrance for the third time in 5 months and digging up 5-7 feet of rubble and dirt to keep fixing the leaking water pipes. Maintenance is a joke as well you put in a request and they don't say when or at what time they'll show up, they'll just try to open the door while you're changing or getting ready for work. The hot water has always been an issue it either doesn't work at times or it's only hot water and you can't shower or do anything with it, also when showering the water constantly fluctuates between scalding hot and cold while keeping it on one temperature, DO NOT RENT HERE."
