"We’ve lived here for about 2 years, and had problems since a we moved in. On the very first day that we moved in we had problems in the apartment. We called maintenance and they wouldn’t show up until I had to go complain in person. And when they came they would say they would come back to fix it and never did. The people in the office will go back on what they tell you. We’ve had so many problems I wouldn’t recommend this place. It honestly the worst. Have so many stray cats and animal poop everywhere."

"Been here a while and it annoys me that they close the pool whenever they feel like it. Two times in a row I've walked down to the various pools they have, and they are closed before the time posted. It's not what I paid for, and I am sick of it. Other than that they have roaches and stray cats are running around everywhere. Last bit is the AC does not work at all during the summer. It can maybe take the temp down 10 degrees if you are luckily, but your apartment is still 95 degrees. It"

"They shut off the water without notice constantly. They put their tools in our patios and Unique in the front desk is by far the rudest and most unprofessional employee ever. She excuses their lack of communication to there being too many apartments to notify (I’m not sure if she knows what a property manager is supposed to do) and any time I step in the office she’s in her phone or doing her makeup. They are dirt cheap and not horribly maintained however the staff here makes this place unlivable."

"Very rude, and Unprofessional. Apartments not suitable for having a decent healthy life. -Oh and forget it, if it rains the apartments itself will ruin your furniture, because the roofing doesn’t work. -They left me and my family withought hot water for 3 months straight."

"Worse apt i have rented, I didn't have hot water for 3 months im the winter and they wouldn't fix it till the city inspector went. Supposedly i was going to get credit for the months i didn't have hot water but i never received the credit. Also the supervisor and one of the staff member a (big lady) are very unprofessional Everytime i will go to the office they were very rude. And they dont keep up with the apartment payments they will always try to charge me more or they will try to say i was late in my payments when i wasn't. My lease ended in the 15th and they charge me the whole month even tho i talked to them.Even tho this apt are cheap I wouldn't recommend them.
