"Do not rent they take advantage of the military and the elderly. They charge you fees on top of fees and will not tell you why. The apartments are roach infested and they do nothing. They charge you extra if you are elderly and military so that they can lower the rent for illegals. The manager might even be an illegal or with an expired visa. Can't understand when he speaks English."
"Was ready to close yesterday. Advised them a whole month ahead on my move in date. Wanted to see my actual apartment first she didn’t let me till the day of. I was set to see it the day before moving in and when I wasted my time going over there she advised me I couldn’t yet. Tried to get me to go in before seeing it to sign my contract. Looks nothing like the one they show you, everything looks outdated, trying to find the apartment is a mess, and the people in the front “trying to help you” are super rude. I asked nicely if there was another location away from in front of the pool and was quick to answer with attitude no. I asked another question followed by more attitude then that’s all we have to offer you, if you want we can drop your application. Looked shocked when I did. Horrible apartment with even horrible help. From the beginning of the journey to end the lady in the front carries a horrible attitude."
"Apartment complex is in desperate need of maintenance and repair, cost of rent is to high for what they offer you can easily rent a house in the area for much less. Their swamp coolers are old and not maintained, they tend smell up the apartments and don’t cool the apartments at all during the summer. My kids were constantly getting sick while we lived here, dr said it was likely due to mold in the ventilation."
