"I’ve been trying to call the office a million times and never receive a call back. I’m needing to discuss with them why they decided to fine me and my mother for when we moved out after we asked for fair accommodations when my mom is on disability. Her health was declining and we had no AC. There was faulty wiring and no maintenance help at all. They would come in look at the thermostat and not do anything to help."
"Most disgusting place I've ever lived, the worst management and maintenance I've ever had. Most rudest unprofessional employees I've ever came across. I would never recommend anyone stay here. The cockroaches are everywhere and they do nothing. And good luck getting anyone to do anything remotely close to their job accept take your money."
"They are very rude people on these apartments, they don’t respect and dont care if you have any problems with your apartment! Not recommend"
"These disgusting, roach filled apartments are pathetic. The allocated utilities is a sham when they have 8 people crammed into an apartment and have guests over, then they divide the water up between who is listed on each lease. Right. That works when they have unlisted people and guests for weeks at a time. Then, if you move out early, your utilities INCREASE whether your apt. is rented or not. They give you a flat rate which is higher than the allocation, so that means more money in their pocket. And if you end up in collections-even if you PAY it, it will STILL end up as an open collection on the credit report. THIS place is NOT worth cheaper rent. It is more headache with the parking (not enough spaces so people block you in by parking behind you), the cheating on the allocation, the slobs that live there and have no consideration for other people. The list goes on. The only way this place got 1 star was to be able to post this warning for others to see. The worst experience living here!! Very unprofessional."
