"Never lived here but have been calling every month for 6 months straight to find an opening. She told us there is one for mid Feb. My partner goes the next morning for an application, she does not give him an application because she's "waiting for a lady to bring the app back. If she doesn't, I'll call you later or tomorrow. It won't be ready until end of March." He comes home tells me, I call back to speak with the only lady that works the phone and she then agrees with the Feb move in date and tells me to come pick an application up. I let her know my partner just went in and you refused to give an app. I think that was really wrong and unprofessional for you to waste people's time, basically lying."
"Been living here for about 10 months now. When we first moved in everything was excellent! New carpets, air needed fixing but they fixed it ASAP. If the sink got clogged they would come and help declog it so the maintenance is ON TOP of it ALL. Amazing place. Staff in the front are the friendliest and love to protect privacy."
"I haven't lived here in a long time but when I did it was the best apartment I could have asked for. The office lady was very nice and I never had any trouble with stuff inside the apt. The most trouble I had was with the dirt that blew into the house when I opened the back door. Lol. The pool was awesome. It was 9ft deep, which I think is awesome but we didn't use it that much. It can be dangerous though. There was a man I saved from drownding in that very pool. He lived. Thank God. Outside the building on edgemere is a 1.5 mile track that I used to run daily. Best apartment ever! One of my friends lived on the west side of the mountain and her new apt was nice but mine was by far better than hers. From the beautiful views to the amazing neighbors and staff. "
"So far we have lived here for a year and I have had no complaints. Tarlon the manager is so kind! Frank and Ishmael the maintenance workers are also the nicest people who are on top of things. Anytime I needed something checked out they were there within minutes . It’s so kid friendly here and I love the pool. Also it’s so close to everything. My family loves these apartments ! For our first home I couldn’t be happier!"
