"This place smells, water leaks from the walls. Where the building is old. A.c. and heater dont work. Mold on the wall and they just paint over it. Management dont care about tenents complaints."
"I called to ask for the availability of a 2 bedroom apartment and was told there was no vacancy yet there is a sign outside stating there are apartments for rent. When I informed the man, he very rudely proceeded to tell me there is also a no vacancy sign.... a sign that is at most 8 inches long compared to a banner stating for rent. Hire better staff or teach them manners."
