"If you enjoy having your water shut off multiple times a year, this complex is the one for you! The management resolution any time the tenants are inconvenienced is to offer a case of waters. No reduction in the water bill or other fees. In reality, the management lacks proper communication. Ensure to inspect the apartment upon move out because they love to surprise you with erroneous fees. I’d be happy to change my rating if they provided a fair resolution."

"Wow! What can I say that has not been said yet! From the start of my move, Ms Annette has been the most helpful! And made sure I was fully taken care of. This has by far the best apartment complex in El Paso, it is very well maintained, luxury amenities, and a very convenient location. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thanks again Annette and Brian!!"

"Legends of El Paso seems nice on the outside, but the complex is riddled with maintenance issues and poor management. Upon first contact, the front desk will appear friendly and attentive. Once the lease is signed, however, the front desk accomplishes the bare minimum. There are frequent issues with sewage backup, plumbing, broken utilities, trash littered about, and worst of all, the water constantly being turned off. During our year at Legends, the water was turned off to the entire complex, sometimes without warning, a total of 9 times. The water could be turned off for a few hours, or twice the water was turned off for a couple of days. This means no showering after a long day of work and apologizing to guests that they have tl go to a nearby store to use the restroom. Twice the issues with the pipes were so bad, that sewage began backing up into our sink. Each time, we spent two hours dumbing the sewage water into our bathtub to avoid flooding while waiting for maintenance to arrive. Calls to the front desk go straight to voicemail and emails rarely get a reply. They claim to be a gated community, but our entire stay the front gate has always been wide open. Workout equipment was never cleaned and the thermostat was often broken. There were frequent noise complaints in the middle of the night that were never addressed by management. These issues occasionally escalated to the point of domestic violence and the police getting called. When we moved out, we were told we would only be charged for cleaning and for minor damages to the blinds. Not only were we charged $140 for carpet cleaning, but we were shocked to find out later that we were charged close to $500 to replace the carpet in each room. Apparently, the carpets were unable to be cleaned even though they were installed in 2018, and the front desk emailed us on 11/28/2022 stating that a request was submitted to have the $140 carpet cleaning charge refunded. Two months later, I still cannot get ahold of anyone from the front desk. Nobody has contacted us regarding any refund for being double charged. Bottom line, the front desk will do everything in their power to sign a lease, then completely drop off the radar."
