"I pay rent every month on time & never have problems but when I need help/assistance they’re very unreliable. Apparently they’re watching my apartment & called me about my SIBLINGS coming to visit me (for 2days). Management is not very comforting, but very nice apartments."

"My wife and I have lived here for 5 years. The owner Osama is very helpful and kind! Over the years he has helped us out a lot! Always making sure the apartment is up to date and well maintained. Any time we put in a maintenance request it was taken care of in a timely manner. The manager Trish is very attentive as well. Any time we had a maintenance request she would follow through promptly. Both Osama and Trish are friendly and care about their tenants. The apartments are beautiful inside open floor plans, wood flooring, stainless steel appliances, and very spacious! The location is the best part located minutes away from grocery stores, UTEP, shopping, activities for the kids, and entertainment. We definitely recommend this complex and we will miss it when we move."

"Not sure why all the negative reviews. I have lived at posada del rey for 3 years and am thinking about transfering to double view. Management is fantastic and treats you like family if you take the time to build a relationship. It is not a corporately owned property so sometimes the property manager is out of the office attending other issues. If you just are a little bit patient all your needs will be more than met. Everyone now wants what they want, when they want it and dont realize an apartment manager for a locally owned property is going to have more reaponsibilities than a corporate property with many employees waiting for your needs. If you want to live in a property where managemrnt builds a personal relationship with you and actually carss about you, i highly recommend these properties."

"My Fiancée reached out to their leasing team informing them that we will be stopping by to pick up an application for a unit. I got out of work early so we can make it before they closed. I can’t believe I wasted my time coming here. I went out of my way and they were already closed before 5 pm. This was actually the second time that this happened. We are literally trying to give them our money and clearly they do not want it. This definitely for-shadowed how it would be living here and I’m happy to say that I think I will be treated better literally anywhere else."
