Acacia Park Apartments

"The entire staff is great. My slight issue with the apartment is the carpet, porch light fixture sitting in the hallway, and no light fixtures in the bedrooms. Other than that the complex is quiet, clean & in an awesome location."

"I hate to put a negative review for Acacia apartments because overall my experience living here has been a positive one, but unfortunately they left me with no choice. Since the beginning of 2022 my apartment has been having a leaking problem in the bathroom ceiling. I've contacted management and maintenance multiple times, and they always to the same thing, they give us a quick fix that stops the problem for a month or two but then the problem returns. Almost all the maintenance calls that I have done this year have been because of the bathroom ceiling. I pay over $1200 a month so that me and my family can live here and Acacia can't even hire a plumber to see they can provide permanent solution to this issue. I hate to make this public but I've tried for months to get this fixed and nothing has changed. Update: Nothing has changed, after multiple attempts from maintenance to fix it this problem keeps coming back."

"Our maintenance crew has always provided prompt and friendly service. Our dishwasher wasn't getting the dishes very clean. They came and installed a brand new one AND were careful to not let our cats get out. We love it here..."

"The apartments are old and dated. However, the management company works very hard to keep the property clean and attractive. They are responsive to any maintenance calls and are very professional and pleasant to deal with. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. If they updated the apartments they would get a 5 star rating. We had an excellent experience living here."

"I am so pleased with the timely response (less than 24 hours) and excellent customer service I received with 3 recent maintenance request. The maintenance man was professional, kind and completed the 3 request very fast. He even cleaned up after himself. I have lived at Acacia Park apartments since July 2019. The apartments are very nice, the area is quite and so far all my neighbors have been friendly. I am going to be sad to leave when I buy a house!"
