"Management has been awesome, very promp to fix my isues , property is looking better everyday, and i love that is refrigerator unit, my neighboors are awesome and respectfull, i love it here office staff is always there to answer my questions even thru this pandemic"

"We've had neighbors that smoke for about a month now and although management is very nice , professional, and ensures me that the issue is going to be resolved nothing changes. My neighbors stop for a day then the next they start up again. Dont know what to do. Not sure if this is grounds to break my lease or what. Aside from that my experience has been great."

"Don't let this place fool you. Management will tell you how convenient and nice the place is, with that being said they don't tell you about the cockroach infestation they have and the crazy high water bill. Property owners have been incompetent hiring staff. Staff don't know how to manage the property and always fail when there given written notices about repairs. About 5 people have been fired and replaced within a 5 month period. Nobody seems to know anything when you need something done or fixed in the apartment, its just chaos. Remember the apartments are old and crusty so there falling apart and need maintnance. I strongly suggest to look elsewhere remember you pay for what you get. Otherwise you'll be stuck on a 6 month lease or worse a year lease. One thing though we loved the afternoons, great scenery, good neighbors beside the fact that some can't pick up after their dogs."

"My family and I have lived here since March 2013. I am very glad we are finally moving out. Here's my opinion: Pros: *The maintenance man, Enrique, is very friendly and quick to repair anything you need. I just asked him directly to fix stuff rather than tell the front desk because they usually wouldn't relay anything to him. *Washer and Dryer are included as well as refrigerated air *Fairly quiet community Cons: *All the cupboards and drawers were made of deteriorated particle board. It was so old that my shelves were practically dust. I couldn't even stick shelf liners on them. *There are 2 receptionists that work the front desk. They don't seem to ever communicate with each other what is going on. When we decided to move out, the lady said we could go week to week until our new place was available to move in. *Shortly after that, the other guy rents out our apartment while we are still living in it. He tracks me down in the parking lot and asks why we haven't moved out yet! No one even called me, they just waited for me in the parking lot! *My dryer was so hot that all my clothes have burn marks all over them. I eventually switched to air drying my clothes *3 months into our lease we noticed we starting getting big cockroaches in our house. We realized they were coming in through our master bathroom and they tried several times to fix the problem. We eventually heard "there's nothing more we can do." So, they left me with a bathroom filled with cockroaches! We closed the door and never looked back. I have been paying for a 2bed/2bath with one clean bathroom and a cockroach bathroom that we refuse to use. *Our upstairs neighbor likes to listen to his TV so loud that we can feel the bass and hear his tv. and our other upstairs neighbor has a dog that barks continually until she returns. *There is nowhere for our kids to play. I'm not sure what "lucious landscaping' they are describing, but any grassy area is pretty much left for the dogs to do their business. *They did not renew their pool inspection in time and as a result, the pool was closed for 1 month at the beginning of summer. During the hottest time of the year we were not able to use our pool! In conclusion, if you are looking for a small community this is the place. If you have a family, I do not recommend it."
