"The property manager waives your deposit if you leave him a 5 star review... dont trust those they are paid for. If I could provide a zero star I would. Very quick to threaten you and charge you but I have been waiting for over 6 months for repairs that should of been done before moving in. Save yourself the frustration and keep looking elsewhere"

"Thank you to Coronado spring, I want to thank our apartment manager Freddy and maintenance for always being there for the tenets. Coronado spring is definitely an upgrade from my last apartments. Very spacious and updated. The rooms and closets are huge. Walk in laundry. And always clean outside!Highly recommend! Very satisfy tenet!"
