"Comfortable living environment. Very nice pool area that is never overly crowded. The apartments are clean, comfortable, fairly spacious, and decently economical. They are quick to respond to emergencies and are very courteous. One downside is the lack of picnic like areas or a play area for children. It is a very quiet complex as well and is great for just having an evening stroll. Nicely located near Walmart, banks, and many restaurants, all within walking distance."

"Dingy apartments. Maintenance enters without letting you know prior to. Lady by name of Gabriela Vargas who lives in 1401 was a terrible neighbor. Complained about everything. Hello, lady, you live in an APARTMENT. Front office girls were nice but never did anything. If anything, they would just lie about what they were gonna do. There was several instances where maintenance would walk in and move stuff around my apartment without putting it back in. Wouldn't recommend moving here."

"My mother has been living there for more than a year now and ever since she has had problems. First, management would harass my mother and claim she had me and my brother living there. When we both have leasing contracts somewhere else. Second, my mom put in request to get things fixed and it never got fixed until she complained over and over again yet there are still many things that they have not fixed. My mother tried calling the apartments owners multiple times but like always he‘s “busy” and they will call back which he never did."

"I lived here for 4 years and loved it. Never had noisy or rowdy neighbors. The office staff was always great to work with.... Until the new management took over. They switched to an automated answering service. You could never get a live person on the phone. Had to go in person after not being able to reach anyone, and walked in to find the girl just sitting around. Not doing anything. But apparently too busy to answer the phone. And that was just a lucky day because they are rarely in the office at all. Even though the office hours are clearly posted at the front door. I moved out this weekend and went by today to turn in my keys. Surprise surprise, no one was there. The clock sign said they'd return at 4:30. I waited 20 mins passed that and still no one. Meanwhile, 4 other residents showed up and all expressed the same frustration about no one ever being there. One lady even said she had gone by earlier and the clock said 4pm. She came back and it showed 4:30. I was still there when she came back again close to 5 and she was not happy. She had only been there 3 months and was going by to tell them she wanted to move out. It's sad that new management is ruining this complex for all current and new residents. I'm just glad I no longer have to deal with them. I would have gladly recommended this complex because I really loved living there but sadly, I would not recommend it to anyone. Way to ruin it, new management."

"I've started the application process for my parents to move in this coming January '17. So far they've been pretty helpful, mentioning they can pay the deposit through an online portal because they are out of town. I'll update this review quarterly for the next year or so to let you all know how well management follows through on issues that arise. Good luck on your apartment search. Update: May 31, 2017 So far so good. Management has been quite responsive to my parents occasional repair requests, even offering to relocate them to another unit because of a noisy neighbor."
