"These apartments are very basic. The walls are paper and you can hear EVERYTHING! Plus if you live on the bottom you hear all of your neighbors noise and footsteps. I can't tell if the carpet is brown or stained that way after all these years because they haven't changed this carpet since they've made these apartments it's so disgusting! And there isn't refrigerated air just swamp cooler plus they charge $750 to live here and it isn't worth it by a Longshot!"
"I was there visiting a friend when I saw one of the maintenance workers or landscapers kick a stray cat. I would be very careful allowing your cats out or just avoid moving in there if this is the kind of "pet-friendly" atmosphere they have there."
"I have lived here almost 2 years and I love my apartment! The only thing I can complain about is not finding Vista Oeste sooner. The manager, Sylvia, has been here many years and really makes it easy for me to feel at home and appreciated as a renter. The maintenance team, Raul and Juan, have been here many years, too, and are quick to respond for whatever I have needed fixed or help with. I just can't even imagine living anywhere else. I have a great floor-plan for a small 1 bedroom that includes a small back yard and covered patio. The rent is very reasonable and it's in a great location."
"The best move i ever made! Sylvia is amazing and so is the maintance guys!! I finally feel at home! Me and my husband moved in yesterday and i look forward to staying here!"
"I love this place I been looking for a one bedroom appreciate and all of the ones that I saw were small of old. I went other this place an I fall in love with it the one bedroom is 850 ft really big and really cheap compare to the size and that a it is on the west side. The staff is amazing they helped me a lot even with the price papers everything. Am really happy with it am planning to stay here for a good while."
