"An awful place to live. They shut the water off every few days with no notice. They raise the rent after 6 months and expect you to deal with the leaky ceilings and roaches. The fire alarm has went off twice with no apology or explanation. These people don’t care about you. They make no effort to help or make your life easier. Better off paying more for a decent living environment."
"This place will screw you over. I rented a place for 6 months now they say I have "extraordinary charges" for damage to carpet. The only thing is there was no damage. This is the only place that did this to me. My neighbor had a roof leak no one took care of for him and they blamed him for their damaged property. So please think twice before renting her. They screwed me big time."
"Horrible experience, roaches would come out every day, had to keep everything inside the fridge (things that should not be in the fridge) and use containers for everything. There was a disgusting water leak from the upper department in the bathroom that was never fixed. Your complaints to maintenance are not tracked and there was never a follow up other than, "yes we are working on it." Also, be careful when deciding to leave, you have to give a month notice and receive a paper confirmation, if not they will not mark it properly and you will end up paying for days after you leave and take pictures! I was charged a cleaning fee from my deposit after I left the department impeccable."
