"Best realtor/property management company around. If you’re looking to rent or need help with a property, you will not be disappointed. Their service and genuine care for you is always top notch! I’ve been using them for years now and couldn’t be happier."

"I have found the property manager, Lori, and my real estate agent, Christina, to be remarkably helpful to me. They have been very supportive in getting me good help when I needed it as well as being friendly and understanding in many ways. I highly recommend the RE1 team!"

"I’ve been renting through RE1 for 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience! Lori and Christina are super responsive and always get someone out quickly when there’s an issue with our house. They were flexible on our lease as well and have a great handyman team! I’ve done a lot of renting and had some terrible experiences, but this one has been great!!!!"

"Do not rent from this company! I, like the other previous negative reviews this past month, have had an awful experience with Christina. We were initially happy to have quarterly walk-throughs to ensure a full refund of our security deposit, but our last one, after being there for over a year, changed everything. Christina had taken pictures of “concerns” and sent them to the owner; we were then told that the owner thought the concerns were shocking and wanted to come look. Come to find out, multiple “shocking concerns” were about the house’s condition when we moved in. We did put a hole in the wall when moving furniture, and we said we would fix it. The owner agreed to the fixes and said she’d give us the paint color so it would match. We get it fixed and use the color given to us, only to be told that the color “doesn’t match” and that we could either move out at the end of the month or give an additional $1,000 in security deposit to the $1,875 we have already provided. So, we decided to move out. Then, we’re told we still must provide an additional $1,000 regardless. Christina called us and said she has two owners like this and basically begged us to give an additional $1,000 in a security deposit to get the landlord to shut up about it. She also stated that she did not assess $1,875 in damages but was tired of the owner asking for the additional $1,000. We have never not had a full return or $100 less of our security deposit, and we have rented five other times. We were never late on our rent, we agreed to the raise in our rent, and gave the additional $1,000, only to be treated unfairly and poorly in the end. We were charged for a lock removal of the shed when it was there when we moved in, for a filter when we replaced it the day we moved out, for the walls to be washed because of “dust build-up” when we spent hours cleaning and hired professionals to come clean as well, for the toilet paper holder to be mounted when it wasn’t mounted when we moved in, and for the garage door openers when we could never even use them because when we moved in they did not work; we could not get them to work. We also had to wait a month in the summertime for them to get the AC fixed just to receive $967 of $2,875 back."

"I rented from this company (specifically Christina McMillan) for two years. It was not a good experience from the time I moved in and didn’t have hot water, the garbage disposal was broken, and the house needed cleaning to when we resigned the lease and they charged us an additional $500 deposit because my kids drew on the wall in some areas but told us not to fix the paint to when I moved out and they hired a renovation company to do minor repairs and paint instead of having a maintenance man do it. My deposit totaled 1,500 dollars they are charging me 2,200 dollars past that for painting walls and cabinets, fixing a fridge handle and drawer and replacing a few floor boards (some of which were already damaged when I moved in). If done in house like every other rental company I have rented from has done I would be getting a decent amount of my deposit back instead they went outside their company to do this. I have seen rental properties destroyed like the ceilings coming down in certain spots the carpet throughout the house needs redone, drawers and cabinets broken and a whole house paint and clean needing done and those people were charged 300 dollars past their deposit at different companies. I’m being charged 2,200 for essentially a paint job after living there two years. If you think this seems unethical or immoral I would agree with you. Don’t rent from here if you’re hoping to get a deposit back. I’m attaching some photos of the “shocking Damage” if you aren’t shocked by the damage from two years with two small children and told not to fix the paint then you probably shouldn’t rent from here or it’ll cost about 3,700 all told. As a teacher for at risk students this is a hard thing to fight against without risking a huge blow to my credit."
