"Received my deposit back for the exception of $50 because we left a tortilla we warmed up and forgot in the microwave but everything was left spotless. It must have taken a crew of 2 or 3 to remove the tortilla."
"Great place to live. The staff are friendly. Maintenance was always prompt in getting things fixed. I loved our 2 bedroom apartment. The only reason we decided to move was because we had another baby on the way and our soon to be toddler needed more room to run around. The layout of everything is a bit odd, which comes with these older units that don’t have open concepts, so the living/dining area feels constrained on one side by the chimney and on the other by the kitchen/ wet bar. Other than that, this is a great place to live."

Management is professional and reliable to ensure a smooth move! Community is welcoming. I strongly recommend Midland Village Apartments as a choice for your new home."
"My husband and I were looking to find a larger apartment. We went and looked here ,filled out our application, paid app. Fee and left a $325 deposit to hold apartment. I stopped by to check on our status of application. One of the managers I believe her name is Rita...was quite RUDE. Gratefully we did not pass their credit check, after speaking to 'Rita' this afternoon my spidey- senses went wild and began to have a bad vibe about the place. She called my husband about the credit check ,which we were fine with. Some things just don't work out,and God has a different plan for you. But Ms Rita was awfully rude with my husband over the phone when he spoke to her about us going by to pick up that $325 deposit. The apartment itself was nice , the grounds seemed well kept. But the management they are in need of better customer service skills."
"Out of all the older properties in midland i would have to say these are by far the best I have looked at and very reasonable on price. So what if you have to keep up with your yard you are basically getting a house rather than an apartment. The apartment staff and management are very professional nice and laid back not really much more you could ask for. I don't understand why there are so many complaints on this property. Anywhere you go there is going to be maintance issues just give them some time to get to yours."
