"Great place use to live here back in the day was totally different but still great"

"The residents were promised a pool and courts for the kids when the business opened over 5 years ago. We moved in when it opened. I went in there today to talk to Chase Gardaphe face to face because neither him or Kathy will return a call. Especially if it's about one of them not doing their job. I called Chase Gardaphe (he ran for some local Midland office position, and lost this last election) out on his "False Advertising". All he had to say was "If I don't like it I can leave". And... On my way out he said I can judge his character all I want. My response... "I'm not judging. You're showing me." I'm wondering if anyone who lives here now even remembers the pool? He probably doesn't want that. They won't even respond to the complaints about the guys doing the landscaping damaging property. I still want my stuff fixed that was damaged. Instead Stonegate/Chase raises the rent again. Twice this year."

"If I could give this place a negative rating I would. If you have a problem with a neighbor here they will not do anything about it. I’ve been sending countless emails to the manager and to management and I have not gotten one response at all. Supposedly my issue was dealt with and it’s been months since I’ve been sending emails and I’m still dealing with the same issue. I spoke to the manager about my neighbor almost hitting my car and the response I got was just an “okay”. What kind of manager just says okay to one of their residents car almost getting hit, aren’t managers supposed to be more carrying about the residents specially since my money is paying for his, food, clothes and so on. Management also hasn’t done anything about my issue. What kind of business are they running? Management said they were going to take a look at my issue one day. He said he was going to be here in 30 minutes and I waited all day for him not to show up at the end. Unless you want your issues to be ignored I would not recommend this place no anyone. Very disappointed in this trailer park...."

"Teacher housing is quiet. The homes are very plastic, even the sink. The rent is cheap for teachers in this town. It was a nice place to call home for a short period of time."
