"I lived here for 3 years. For the most part my experience was good. I lived on the 1st floor and there was a family with small children living above us and it sounded like a heard of cattle up there, I learned how to tune it out and let's be honest, that's just apart of apartment living. Sabrina was always helpful with any of my needs or concerns. I enjoyed the years we were there. I never felt scared late at night or threatened in anyway by anyone there. I'd recommend these apts to anyone looking for a small community that is decently priced and comfortable!"
"I have am on my 3rd lease term living here at Playa del Pueblo. I would highly recommend living here to anyone. Sabrina the manager is AMAZING! She has always been very friendly and helpful with any of my needs. You can see her out walking property even after hours making sure everything is ok. You can tell that she takes pride in her job and the property. My maintenance issues have always been handled in a timely manner. I have never had any issues with my neighbors while living here."
"The best apartments here in midland, very animal friendly, best maintenance team I have ever had, Sabrina the Manager is the most hardworking lady I have ever met ! They take care of everything right away, and always keep the property looking very nice, never have any problems with mail, neighbors or vandalism, couldn’t have asked for a better place to live ♥️♥️♥️"
