"Cleanliness-1/5 Friendliness-2/5 Events-2/5 Communication-0/5 Maintenance-1/5 Amenities-2/5 DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS IT'S YOUR LAST RESORT! I don't like doing reviews, but this is one of the ones that need it to deter good people from a place such as this. ----------------------------------------- Staff Friendliness: The staff and management are only friendly IF you're lucky to catch them in a good mood which is rare. Not once was I greeted in a good sense and multiple times I've been forwarded or pushed away from conversation. Events? They have some moderate ones, but nothing that stands out from the rest. The best event being a low-tier Halloween get-together with no other kids dressed up but reaping all the benefits. It basically turned into a daycare for 2 hrs with little to no parents around. Communication? 0/5, you cannot, I repeat, CANNOT get in contact of with them unless you're there in person. I currently have 50 forwarded calls over the last hour. Maintenance... I have had a broken tub for the last 4 months with a crack in it. I was told not to use the tub until a new replacement comes. Which one hasn't come yet. So I have been out of a bathroom since. Amenities are few, but some are nice. The gym WAS nice, but the equipment is broken completely or will not turn on at all leaving only free weights. The pool is worked on only once every 2-3 weeks leaving it dirty as well. Only shining star on this location is the kids playroom. Overall: 1/5 Stars You can't make this up. It's bad and the majority of people that live here don't respect the place. I have had kids come up to me asking me to watch them for an hour or two at the pool/playground because their parents won't watch them themselves. In which case when I say, no, but they hover the area anyways. I won't be renewing my lease here. Find somewhere else if you can otherwise enjoy the terrible service/location."

"The maintenance people have a side job of cleaning cars. The many problems is they get other parked cars dirty from the soap & water. The worst part is when the water bills come in we (the tenants) get to pay for the water they used on washing cars. Good luck, trying to argue why the water bill is so high with the office. They quickly harass you and force you to pay the water bill you didn’t use."

"Management is terrible. The apartments had no privacy at all. I could hear everything my neighbors were saying, and they could hear me too. The apartments were also poorly insulated and very cold, even with the heater on. The quality of the construction and the maintenance was very low. These apartments were very expensive for what they offered. I do not recommend them to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to live."

"These apartments are unacceptable and unsanitary. They have bugs, roaches, and scorpions. The management does not spray or maintain the apartments adequately. They fail to deliver on their promises. The staff in the office, are impolite and unprofessional. The windows make noises when the wind blows, and there are many other problems that make this place intolerable. I am glad to have left this place."
