"Ever since I’ve moved in I’ve had issues with my washer, maintenance has came and each time says nothing is wrong, mind you it took almost 2 weeks to come look at my washer that was locked with my clothes in it; resulting in mildew clothes. Next, my toilet clogs up every other week and i have to wait a ridiculous amount of hours just for someone to come fix it, as well as my sink does not drain at all. Maintenance claims nothing is wrong but if nothing is wrong why are the applicants not working? The courtesy officer isn’t much of a help neither. The gate codes don’t work half the time. Any time I attempt to call the front office nobody never picks up or returns a call. Nice apartment complex just horrible service."

"The property is one of the best properties I’ve seen in Midland. With a courteous staff, and well trained professionals. Very comfortable living feeling safe and secure morning and night. I would recommend anyone to live here."

"My family and I have lived here for about 4 months now and it has been wonderful! When we had to move states and get here on very short notice, it was one of the first places that really worked hard to get us in. Even when we had a few maintenance issues upon moving in, they made sure to get everything fixed right away. We are very happy we chose to live here!"

"I've lived here for a few years. The apartments are very clean, nice community. The management doesn't seem to be as friendly as the last (but they do try to help), but the rest of the staff are very friendly/helpful. If you have issues, the maintenance crew is very quick, helpful, and efficient (though I have only needed them maybe 3 times- all minor, nothing major)! The only minor annoyance is the portal they use doesn't work well sometimes and you can't get in to pay rent when you need to. Also, they lost our lease right after we signed (a week prior, two weeks prior- happened more than once) and sent us something to rene. Within the time they lost and wanted us to renew, they mew prices they sent us increased almost a thousand dollars. Strange. But luckily everything worked out well."

"I’ve lived in these apartments for about 6 months and love everything about them. The pool is really nice, the grounds are kept super clean, maintenance always responds quickly if there are any problems. The people in the office are friendly and really great to interact with. It blows my mind that a previous poster is upset that she can’t bring 5 EXTRA people to the pool and they can’t drink alcohol. Gee… nothing could go wrong there. Perhaps one should read the lease agreement and the rules before signing, just a suggestion."
