"Since moving here back in May, it has never felt more right to call a place home. Not only are the units beautifully designed with a modern spin and updated appliances, but the amenities are also unbeatable (both apartment & community-wise). From the 24/7 gym, to the pool, there really isn’t much you could ask for that the Drake does not offer. Moreover, the fact that the Drake is also gated offers a sense of security within the grounds (and yes the gates do function properly). Above all, I have personally found the management to be helpful in all regards, and they all are super kind and helpful. Additionally, they also like to arrange little events/“grab and go’s” to show their appreciation to us as residents, and I believe that says a lot about the community here. It is because of these and many other reasons that I thoroughly believe the Drake is by far the best place to make your home here in Midland."

It saves me $ and time not having to get a gym membership b/c the gym has everything I need. Whitney, Dallas, and Rylee have always been so sweet to me and helped me navigate any issues I have had with my apartment!! They are always down to help and do it with a smile on their face!"
