"I have lived at Polo Park for over two years. The office has always been kind and attentive, and any maintenance issues have been attended to quickly (these are older apartments). I agree that there are issues with dog poop (although they send out notices advising of fines if it is not picked up) and the grounds are not pretty - mostly dirt, and the swimming pool has been green sometimes. The location is great."

"I honestly think this place is going down hill. My family and I moved into this apartment in 2019. Online it seemed like a great place to live. But when we moved from FL into the apartment, we soon realized that they didn't have a good management team. We were forced to move into a smaller uint because they couldn't fix a leak from the upstairs unit. Just to be dealing with the same type of leak in our current unit. We had just renewed our lease when the leak happened. We had water running all through the apartment. Water even got in the light fixtures. When we put work orders in, they say they didn't get it. And when maintenance finally get around to fixing the problem, they always leave the area a mess or dirty. On top of that, they always manage to break something else in the process and don't bother to fix it. One maintenance man even left his coffee cup in our bath. Smh, I wish we had put more time in looking for a better place and not just something that looks good online. They hardly ever clean the pool, so no summer fun in the sun. After 4 years of revolving management, up and down repairs, and our cars getting towed one, for spider webs on the wheel and the second time because they claimed it was blocking the parking lot, we had enough. We've reached out to upper management via email, but the most we got was a sorry, and we're looking into it. Overall the area is very good and we love the schools our kids attend. We don't plan on renewing our lease anymore. But we'll look for something else in this neighborhood. I have so much more to say, but I think you got the drift of what I'm trying to say.. ReNew at Polo Parkway needs to do better."

"Worst apartments I’ve ever lived at. They will scam you in fees and charge you excessively. Apartment managers are extremely rude and unwilling to to their job. The complex is dirty and has dog poop everywhere. Managers have no control over tenets. Neighborhood is questionable. My car was broken into twice in the year that I lived there. The rent they are charging is not worth the apartments that have stained carpets, nasty smells, and questionable patches and fixes in the wall and ceilings."

"I LOVE my new apartment. I am new at apartment living and it is quite a change from living in a house. I must say though the entire process has been pretty smooth. Shanique is ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL! She has helped me throughout my entire process. She is very easy to communicate with and responds quickly to any questions or concerns I have. This is my first week in my apartment and so far it has been great. My apartment is very nice and up to date. I love the large bedrooms and big patio. I definitely recommend Renew at Polo Parkway if your looking for a new home in a nice neighborhood."
