"We have lived here going on year. The staff is supper friendly and helpful. If there ever is an issue in the apartment the staff is on top of it right away even after hours. Management gave my husband and I a chance when no else would and we greatly appreciate that. I would definitely recommend living at Silver Creek Apartments."
"From the day I came to tour the apartments to today my experience with the staff has been nothing but exemplary. They walked me through the actual apartment I was going to rent and offered very competitive rent prices. Very friendly, most live on property so you can reach out in case of an emergency. Definitely worth the tour, their pond looks great and the pool is refreshing!"
"I’ve had a good and positive experience with sliver creek apartments, Although the complex is one of the older ones but it’s clean and very well kept,it’s one of the affordable ones in Midland and when the oil prices goes up they never do Price gouging like some of the other apartment complex. The service is fast when you order it . And the staff is very friendly and they will go out of their ways to help you."
"This review is for both Midland Village and Silver Creek. These people are frauds. Called multiple times about one available at Midland Village for $1150 a month. One requirement to rent here is you must make 3x the rent a month, so $3450, this was discussed to extent each time I called. They said one would be available May 14 since they we're fixing a fence and steaming the carpets. We were the first in the office and they feigned ignorance when I told them I had talked to them multiple times about an availability and said that they thought we were talking about Silver Creek. Silver Creek's monthly rent is $950/month, which obviously doesn't add up to the 3x rent of $3450. They proceeded to try and sell us on the cheaper apartment."
"Do not rent from these people, they are thieves. I was approved for an apartment, given an estimated move in date but every time I called for an update it was always 2-3 weeks out. Eventually had to find another apartment. Refused to refund deposit that was to hold said apartment. They obviously do not have resources to ready apartments in timely fashion. Stay Away!!!!!"
